As schools begin to return to full-time opening, Claire will be available to provide online support to individuals, groups and whole school teams at this time.

The Holy Grail of work in schools is to find the perfect work-life balance, which seems ever-elusive! This session aims to provide a persuasive case for working less and resting more in order to be more productive. We are working schedules that we were never originally designed as humans to work, and this is borne out in the research. Working all of the time (or near enough!) does make us rather “dull” in terms of our brain efficiency, effectiveness and productivity. What makes us so attached to this ineffective way of working? And instead, how can you work less hours, achieve more and rest more and SHINE?
