TEACHERS AND EARLY YEARS STAFF – “Change My Thoughts; Change the Learning”

29th October 2019 @ 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm

£15.00

How can you best support yourself to feel good about the work you do every day and the impact that you make? Studies indicate a correlation between teacher wellbeing and pupil wellbeing and achievement. If you feel good, your pupils will learn well, which seems very intuitive, but there are times when staying focused on the positive has been challenging, particularly when it can feel overwhelming with many pressures and demands.  Our thoughts are central to our self-care and the relationship that we have with our own thoughts everyday can support our wellbeing… or not! In this session, we look at some of the unresourceful thought patterns that we may have developed about work and  ourselves and how we can support ourselves to notice them, change them and move forward more resourcefully.
