“Creating Possibilities, Beyond Limitations”
The business of care, learning and teaching is core to each educator in their respective roles, but when you feel overwhelmed by demands and expectations:
• how can you create the headspace to consider possibilities
to do work and life differently in new and re-energised ways?
• what can you change about your own perspective of what the work really is
and what would help you to feel better?
• how could being more playful and experimental with your approaches to work
support your wellbeing and that of your learners?
Claire asks the questions; she offers coaching strategies and approaches to support you to find your answers; and she provides a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore this with colleagues.
SENIOR LEADERS – “When the Going Gets Tough”
October 1 @ 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm£15
How do you stay “soft” as a leader and true to yourself when decisions and situations are tough? Soft skills, such as communicating compassionately and retaining real humility, are at the heart of effective leadership; but when tough times hit your school and the pressure is on to perform optimally, then how do you respond resourcefully in a way that remains authentic to who you are as a leader? This session provides an opportunity for Senior Leaders to reflect on those tough times where they responded from such a place and what they learned about themselves as leaders and as human beings! An anchoring approach and self-coaching techniques and resources will be shared with delegates during this session.
